FAQ for Intimate DJ Package (please read before booking this package)
The Intimate package is our "Bare Bones" DJ service package that is very budget friendly. To keep the price-point low, we have removed several services and tailored it for those that need a reliable DJ only without any frills while on a budget. What this means is that DJ audio will be provided for your Ceremony (such as your processional song, your bridal walk song and your recessional song), but no microphones will be provided, which are normally not required for smaller, more intimate weddings anyway.
Additionally, while we will request all of your special songs (also including your first dance, father-daughter, mother-son, etc.) songs, we only allow limited input as to the music during the other portions of your wedding with this package. What that means is that we do not accept playlists, Must Plays or Do Not Plays with this package. Instead, you will choose genres that you want to hear and trust us to choose the right tunes from those genres, and we are pretty great at that! This allows us to reduce our preparation time for your wedding, which helps keep the price lower.
We handle all standard announcements with this package as well, such as announcing you first dance, dinner, directing guests where to go, etc. However, this package does not include MCing of any events or games, such as the Shoe Game, the Dollar Dance, etc.
This package includes all professional audio gear, two audio setups (one for Reception and one for Ceremony), one microphone at your reception site for speeches, toasts, announcements, etc. and a professional DJ with over a decade of experience handling your wedding.
